Graphic Design Regionals
On February 2nd a team of our top three Nex Design students traveled to Pima Community College to compete at regionals. Morgan Lowry, Desmond Bustamante and Sam Gomez represented us well, producing quality work and presenting it like professionals to the panel of judges from the local industry. They were challenged with three projects in the day: designing a water bottle for a bike shop, a puzzle for girls aged 8-12 and and a poster for an illutionist's performance. The team came in third place overall, and Desmond walked away with a prize for second place in the Puzzle Design Project from local business SAVVi. Great job!
