Alumni Hall of Fame Nomination Process

Thank you for your interest in our Alumni Hall of Fame. Flowing Wells High School has a rich history of more than 60 years with many outstanding alumni to serve as role models for our current and future students. Thank you for helping us to recognize our successes and to promote our future by nominating a candidate.

Eligibility Critieria:

- Nominees must be individuals who attended Flowing Wells High School for a minimum of two years and graduated from our school. 

Nomination Process:

- To nominate an alumnus, please complete the online application form below. Note that nominations should be submitted using this form; additional materials like newspaper clippings or resumes are not substitutes for the application. 

Deadline:

- All applications must be submitted by March 1st.
